He has an impressive track record of M&A leadership, including sourcing, identifying, developing, and executing high-impact acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances. Additionally, he has a proven record of successfully cultivating powerful teams and fostering work environments promoting creative thinking and employee engagement.
Ken’s background includes establishing and executing organizational strategies to move the enterprise forward. Additionally, he is an instrumental executive delivering exceptional results that align with organizational missions.
Ken is a forward-thinking health, safety and sustainability executive coaching through change, challenges, and roadblocks while providing excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Additionally, he excels at establishing expectations, communicating vision, and monitoring progress to maximize effectiveness.
AMY BRAME
Amy is a pragmatic, analytical business professional with the demonstrated ability to employ strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management to meet and exceed organizational goals. She currently serves as the Lead Sustainability Consultant for Cerulean Consulting, LLC, leveraging her excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as nationally recognized frameworks to establish credibility, obtain buy-in, and influence others in areas of corporate social responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

Amy has been successful across diverse industries. In 2019, she was an Account Coordinator for an agricultural technology company serving as the liaison between the owner, account manager, and the client to ensure satisfaction, issue resolution, and business success. In that role, she aided the organization in producing $50M in gross market value in one quarter by revamping the contract development process.

Amy has an impressive educational background. In 2021, she obtained a master’s degree in consulting from the University of Tennessee at the Haslam College of Business. She received a bachelor’s in sociology with a minor in French from Hendrix College. This year, she has worked progressively towards earning several certifications in the field of sustainability, including challenging programs at MIT and the University of Cambridge.
